☆ When is the preorder period?

June 1st to July 1st, inclusive.

 

☆ When do you start shipping?

We estimate it will be in August.

 

☆ When will I receive my digital PDF?

When shipping begins, which we estimate will take place in August.

 

☆ Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, international shipping is available. If there are any issues sending packages to your country, we will notify you via email. 

 

☆ Where do you ship from?

We will be shipping from the U.S.

 

☆ Are orders tracked?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

☆ What forms of payment do you take?

Paypal, Visa

 

☆ Do you allow group orders?

Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss this, we decide these on a case-by-case basis.

 

☆ Where are the profits going?

This is an at-production zine. All profits will go towards providing full bundles for our contributors. If there are any leftover proceeds, the contributors will discuss how they should be spent.

 

☆ Will there be leftover sales?

The mods are still discussing whether or not we will be doing leftovers. At this stage, the current answer is no.

 

☆ Can I update my address?

If you need to update your address, please contact us at  [email protected] with your order number, previous address and new address. Please note your address cannot be changed once your package is shipped.

 

☆ Do you accept refunds, exchanges or returns?

Unfortunately, no.

 

☆ My order has arrived damaged or got lost in the mail. What should I do?

Please contact us at [email protected]! We will be ordering several copies of the zine and zine items to account for lost or damaged purchases.

 

☆ Some items are missing in my order. What should I do?

☆ My order has not arrived.

All orders from our shop have tracking associated with them. You will receive the tracking number for your order by email. If the order is lost in transit, feel free to contact us at [email protected]

 

☆ I purchased a smaller bundle and would like to upgrade to another bundle.
